Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, looking for Property Senior Manager (Hospitality, Negotiable, ID17125):
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs, inquiries, and focus on maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Manage the team, including scheduling, training, and ensuring effective operation.
- Assist with promotional activities, campaigns, and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
- Develop and manage the budget, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Maintain communication with property owners, handle their requests, and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure all administrative tasks, such as purchasing, invoicing, and reporting, are completed on time.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Good command of English
