Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Project Sales Manager (ELV, ID21553, 2500USD):
- Drive business development and project sales activities for ELV solutions (including CCTV, Display Systems, Access Control, and related security technologies) across Southern Vietnam, achieving assigned sales targets and expanding market presence.
- Lead, coach, and manage the project sales team, ensuring effective daily operations, performance management, and successful execution of sales strategies.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with system integrators (SI), installers, contractors, consultants, and other project partners to establish and strengthen a sustainable sales network.
- Provide partners with product presentations, technical training, and solution consultation while supporting project development to enhance their technical capabilities and sales performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and business partners to monitor order fulfillment, project implementation, delivery schedules, and after-sales services, ensuring successful project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirement
- Male, 26-40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Project Sales, Business Development, or Account Management role within the ELV industry, with hands-on experience in project sales of CCTV, Display, Networking, Access Control, or related security solutions.
- Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written forms.
- Strong understanding of the ELV project market in Vietnam, with an established network of system integrators (SI), distributors, contractors, consultants, installers, and project owners.
