Job Description
Dream Job Alert! Become a Project Sales Executive (Building Material, ID18286) at a foreign-invested company and earn $1000++/month:
- Execute project sales activities to achieve assigned targets aligned with the team’s AOP goals.
- Identify and approach potential project owners/developers; establish strong relationships with key departments (design management, bidding, etc.) to promote Tostem products and track tender information.
- Collaborate with architectural firms to introduce Tostem solutions and specify products in project designs to enhance winning opportunities.
- Work with contractors and fabricators on technical consultation, pricing, and bidding processes.
- Provide maximum support to fabricators and partners in product supply, technical consulting, and installation of Tostem systems.
- Assist installation supervision teams and fabricators in resolving issues with project owners and main contractors during installation.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure fabricators’ timely payment and product collection in line with contracts and schedules.
- Research competitors and contribute ideas to improve sales policies.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
Requirement

- Have experience selling and connecting directly with property investors, design consultcy companies; constructions main contractors
- Proficient in English
