Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Project Manager (Manufacturing, Japanese & English speaking, 2.500 USD, ID 18103):
- Confirm, analyze, and adjust product specifications with customers.
- Coordinate schedules, delivery timelines, progress reports, and risk-sharing with customers.
- Manage overall project progress and execution.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Design, Quality, Production Engineering, Production Control, Factory, etc.).
- Address quality-related issues (collect defect information, act as customer contact point, communicate internally, and participate in corrective actions).
- Prepare internal reports, consultations, and documents.
Requirement
- Gender: Male
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Production Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding and hands-on experience in quality management and QA processes.
- Fluent in Japanese & English.
- Strong ability to explain and resolve customer inquiries and issues logically.
- Experience working in multicultural and multilingual teams.
