Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, looking for Project Manager (Manufacturing, $2000, ID17124):
- Responsible for communication regarding orders and managing the order process.
- Receive customer orders, request specific information or forecasts, and assess production capacity.
- Monitor production progress and production rates. If any abnormalities in progress or product quality occur that affect the delivery schedule, collaborate with relevant departments to find appropriate solutions.
- Report daily production data, order fulfillment status, and shipped quantities to customers. Responsible for welcoming and responding to customer inquiries.
- Reconcile the final quantity of shipped products with the customer at the end of the month, create invoices, and request payments from the customer. Monitor customer payment progress.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to arrange and coordinate tasks for team members within the department.
- Monitor and carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in project management (PM) at FDI companies
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese for work-related tasks.
