Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Project Manager (Furniture, Oversea, 2500$, ID 16502):
- Make quotations for each project and send them to the head office in the US;
- Read construction drawings, and extract the quantity of kitchen cabinets from the drawings to make quotations;
- Receive orders from the head office in the US;
- Track orders from the time of placing the order until the delivery of goods and any quality issues that arise after delivery;
- Communicate regularly with relevant departments from the head office to ensure that information about orders and deliveries is clear and continuous;
- Deploy complete information to suppliers to ensure that suppliers understand the products, quality requirements, packaging standards, packaging, and product drop-off;
- Report order progress and regularly check the production status at the supplier;
- Ensure suppliers deliver on schedule and meet quality standards;
- In charge of documents & payment issues related to orders;
- Coordinate with relevant departments to complete work tasks.
Requirement
- Male, female: 34 -45 years old
- University graduate
- 3 years of experience in consulting and project management for Universities, dormitory
- Proficient in English
