Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Project Manager (Manufacturing, $1200, ID17025):
- Manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and coordination across teams.
- Collaborate with US and Vietnam design teams to align on capacities and achievable schedules.
- Communicate project updates with US Design, Marketing, and Merchandising teams.
- Set up and monitor data systems to track project status and optimize workflows.
- Improve design processes and productivity measurement tools to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
- Support administrative tasks and ISO documentation management for the design department.
- Work flexible hours to coordinate with the US team.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- University degree in Management, Project Management, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of project coordination experience in manufacturing, design, service companies, or organizations with project/operations management.
- Proficient in English (TOEIC >700 or IELTS 6.0+).
