Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Project Manager (Salary Negotiate, ID16690)
- Lead and collaborate with a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop all aspects of project design.
- Assist the Project Director and Investment Director in preparing business proposals for submission to the Board of Directors (BOD) and Board of Management (BOM).
- Coordinate with consultants to prepare, review, and finalize all necessary design documents.
- Work with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure the design meets the management’s requirements and the needs of the end-users.
- Support the Project Director in overseeing all aspects of on-site construction management, including planning, organization, scheduling, and supervision of the construction process.
- Coordinate with the Site Manager to manage the implementation of the construction project, covering cost management, construction quality, scheduling, budgeting, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Perform necessary pre-construction tasks, such as cost estimation, tendering, planning, and organizing.
- Provide regular updates to the Project Leader and Board of Management regarding construction progress or any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to finalize renovation costs, plans, and schedules.
- Supervise and monitor the renovation process on-site to ensure adherence to approved plans, designs, and timelines.
Requirement
- University degree in Architecture.
- Having 5-10 years of experience as consultant and/ or developer in relevant construction/ design industry as consultant and/ or developer.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, 3ds Max, REVIT, and Microsoft Office.
- Good at English.
