Project Management Specialist  (Manufacturing)

Analysis: Review and analyze client project dossiers and technical specifications.

BOM Development: Create detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) based on technical requirements.

Procurement: Send RFQs (Request for Quotations) and negotiate terms with suppliers.

Technical Communication: Handle technical translations and prepare professional quotations for clients.

End-to-End Oversight: Manage the full project lifecycle after receiving a Purchase Order (PO).

Supply Chain Coordination: Execute purchasing, monitor supplier lead times, and ensure material quality.

Internal Coordination: Work closely with production departments to oversee manufacturing and ensure timely delivery.

Problem Solving: Track project progress, document issues, and implement effective solutions for any arising challenges.

Sourcing: Proactively search for and expand the supply chain and vendor network.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge or experience in mechanical welding is a significant plus.

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in mechanical manufacturing or heavy industrial environments.

Technical Skills:

• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Solid understanding of machining, welding, and assembly processes.

• Proficiency in CAD software (Solidworks, AutoCAD, etc.).

Data & Tools: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for analyzing large data sets and dossiers.

Languages: Professional English proficiency is mandatory (for technical translation and client communication).

Soft Skills: High attention to detail, professional work ethic, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.
