Project Management Specialist (Chinese/ English)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Project Management Specialist (Chinese/ English, $2000, ID19920):
End-to-End Project Oversight: Lead and monitor the full project lifecycle, ensuring seamless transitions between order receipt, technical development, and final fulfillment.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Clarify technical specifications, negotiate schedules, and align quality expectations.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Purchasing, Planning, Production, and QA/QC departments to ensure all project milestones are met on time, within scope, and under budget.

• Multilingual Liaison: Facilitate high-level technical communication and documentation by translating complex requirements between Chinese, English, and local teams.

• Reporting & Risk Mitigation: Generate comprehensive progress reports. Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or risks and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.

• Process Optimization: Contritubute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance overall project execution efficiency.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Chinese (HSK 5/6 level equivalent) and English. Must be comfortable conducting technical meetings and drafting professional correspondence in both languages.

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in project management, ideally within a manufacturing or technical environment.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven atmosphere.

• Technical Literacy: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or Trello) and ERP systems is a plus.
