Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Project Director (Electronics, Open for Chinese Expat, 3000$, ID21283)
- Responsible for the overall management of new electronic product development projects.
- Coordinate and manage project schedules from sample development, pilot production, to mass production, ensuring that all project milestones and objectives are achieved as planned.
- Serve as the primary customer interface, ensuring that project delivery schedules, product quality, and cost targets meet customer requirements.
- Lead and manage the project team, coordinate cross-functional resources, and promptly resolve issues arising during project execution.
- Identify and control project risks, monitor product quality and project costs, and ensure the successful and efficient implementation of projects.
- Drive projects to achieve delivery and company revenue targets while enhancing customer satisfaction and maximizing project performance.
Requirement
- Male or Female, Chinese nationals only
- Age: 35–40 years old
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing electronic product development projects, including at least 1 year in a Director-level or Department Manager-level position
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
