Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Project Development Manager (Industrial Zone, 2000$, ID11326)
- Search for new business opportunities in the development of the Industrial Zone, Urban Area
- Assess the prospects' potential and risks.
- Build relationships with potential partners, and stakeholders
- Control the Industrial Zone functionality
- Make certain the project legislation
- Control project duties regarding deadlines, quality, etc.
Requirement
- Male, Female; Age: Under 45 years old
- Graduated from University, majoring in Business Administration, Architecture, Construction or related fields
- 4 - 5 years of experience in the same position working for Industrial Zone/Urban Area Developers
- Fluent in English
