Job Description
Dream Job Alert! Become a Project Canvass Sales Specialist (Building Material, ID18287) at a foreign-invested company and earn $1000++/month:
- Proactively seek, approach, and develop relationships with potential clients in the construction sector, especially for projects requiring aluminum and glass products. Increase sales and expand the company's market share through field canvassing activities.
- Actively search for information on construction projects, housing developments, factories, etc., preparing for implementation through sources such as investors, architects, and contractors.
- Approach investors, contractors, architects, or fabricators related to aluminum and glass components. Establish relationships and introduce products while understanding the product approval process for each project and the decision-makers of each investor.
- Advise and propose suitable product solutions that align with the design and functionality of each project, incorporating Tostem's technical information and product estimates into the project design documentation.
- Prepare capability documents, price lists, and product samples to present to partners.
- Develop presentation materials tailored to the specifics of each project and present to partners and project investors to help them understand the benefits of the product and persuade them to use Tostem for the project.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential customers, investors, design consultants, and contractors.
- Collaborate with the technical department and pricing team to ensure proposed solutions are appropriate and competitive. Support project sales staff during the order finalization process.
- Update work progress, customers approached, and market feedback in the reporting system, and provide periodic reports on work results weekly/monthly to management.
- Carry out other tasks as directed by unit leadership.

- Have experience selling and connecting directly with property investors, design consultcy companies; constructions main contractors
- Good at English
- Good presentation skill; very strong communication skill
