• Provide full secretarial and admin support to the project team and department
• Develop and maintain a proper and user-friendly file and document control system for recording and tracking
of all related documents as well as for the efficient management
• Perform data-entry, recording, printing and filing duties
• Attend meeting, take minutes of meeting and maintain records for the operations and project team
• Follow up project schedule & collect questions, complaints, feedback from clients and give solutions
• Follow up payment term, claims process of assigned projects
• For some specific big projects: follow up all documents requested, double check on claims from local
suppliers, follow up payment from customers, provide support if needed / required.
• Follow up project logs updated by each division, to proactively prepare: resource, equipment, time
management for project team
• Assist to collect, check staff claims and invoices; to prepare, submit and follow-up the various order (if any);
to keep stock of material supplies for the department
• Assist to monitor payment schedule and status, cooperate with division admin & accountant team.
