Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Program Manager ($1200, ID16678):
• Set and maintain strong relationships with key partners in the region, including solution providers, system integrators and converters
• Make and implement partner enablement programs that drive partner engagement, adoption, and satisfaction
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop joint marketing initiatives and sales campaigns
• Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of partner enablement programs to identify areas for improvement Operational Management:
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Partner Relationship Management and Learning Management System
• Monitor partner performance and identify areas for improvement Leadership:
• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure that the Partner Program meets its objectives
• Coordinate with the global partnership team to share knowledge and best practices and ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to managing partners with global reach

Requirement
• Proven experience in partner management and enablement, within the technology or industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• A passion for building relationships and driving partner success.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of the market and its dynamics.
• Fluency in English and at least one other Asian language is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• A passion for building relationships and driving partner success.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of the market and its dynamics.
• Fluency in English and at least one other Asian language is highly preferred.
