Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Production Team Leader ($900, ID16679)
- Morning shift, evening shift, and shift handover meeting
- Oversee and maximize team staffing to guarantee that all production goals are met and surpassed (at the start of each shift).
- Verify that employees are following safety and sanitation (5S) guidelines in the manufacturing area on an hourly basis.
- Acknowledge and regulate the machines' operating speed with operators
- Manage and cut down on scraps for each machine in the group.
- Hourly output control; follow-up to make sure all orders are fulfilled on time
- Assign employees and a support personnel to deal with any machine-related issues that arise.
- Assist, monitor, and guarantee employees adhere to production procedures and best practices.
- Complete the production reports as asked, making sure that every report complies with the procedure.
- Examine the reason why KPIs are not being targeted.
Requirement
- Male/Female. Under 45 years old
- College or Bachelor degree related to Technical
- Have 02 years directly related experience
