Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Production Supervisor ($1400, ID16664)
- Collaborate with planning teams to execute production orders, oversee daily operations, and ensure smooth production processes.
- Serve as the ERP expert for production and inventory transactions, and manage data collection for reports and payroll.
- Lead the production team, ensure performance meets KPIs (quality, delivery, cost), and maintain a safe, efficient workspace.
- Troubleshoot production issues, support root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to procedures, prepare for audits, and maintain workplace safety and fire protection standards.
Requirement
- Gender: Male, Age: under 45 years old
- University degree or higher.
- Having 1-3 years of experience in the same position in manufacturing company.
- Have knowledge of ERP systems, inventory control, BOMs, and engineering changes
- Good at English
