Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Production Shift Manager (Furniture,2000$, ID16409)
- Internal control systems, production quality management, quantity management, material management, tool management, and training and development operations that are efficient and effective are all under the purview of this job.
- Giving the production team general guidance and oversight so that the company may run smoothly; ensuring that production plays a role in achieving the company's unique goals.
- To ensure that the entire factory complies with the production's key performance indicators by having applicable production planning, quality, and shipment masters.
- Create and use standard operating procedures for all aspects of manufacturing;
- Plan, manage, and keep an eye on production to ensure that it complies with set requirements, deadlines, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards.
- Make careful to carry out all the necessary steps.
- Cooperate closely with other departments to guarantee the highest quality output.
- How to develop those who assist in achieving the company goals by ensuring and engaging individuals (supervisors)
- Calculating costs and establishing standards for quality
- Establishing and evaluating staff performance.
- Work in shift
Requirement
- Male, 35-50 years old
- Vietnamese with University Degree in related
- From 5-10 years working in a wood factory, with > 5 years experience in production management position
- English skill: Good
- Strong manufacturing process knowledge
- Strong experience in KPI for Production department
- Good communication, negotiation and project management
