Job Description
Our customer is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Production Planning Staff (Garment, $800, ID19972)
- Receive orders and develop detailed production plans (monthly and weekly) based on factory capacity and order requirements.
- Closely monitor production progress to ensure products are manufactured and delivered on schedule.
- Coordinate with related departments (Warehouse, Purchasing, Production, Engineering, QC/QA) to ensure resources (materials, manpower, and machinery) are fully prepared.
- Calculate and control production materials.
- Monitor and reconcile production data, including work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods inventory on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Prepare production reports, labor productivity reports, and related performance indicators in accordance with procedures.
- Identify issues arising during the production process and propose timely corrective solutions.
- Update production data into systems/forms in compliance with company regulations.
Requirement
- Male/Female. Under 40 years old
- College degree or higher in a related major (Industrial Management, Production Planning, Garment Technology, or equivalent fields).
- At least 1 year of experience in the garment industry.
- Proficient in office computer skills, especially Excel (spreadsheet creation, data analysis, and charting).
- Able to communicate in English for work purposes.
