Job Description

Achieve planning KPIs set by senior management. Manage "Fix-2-Day" and "Weekly Freeze Zone" schedules, collaborating with Operations and Sales to ensure safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

Plan, maintain, and report on Master Production Schedule. Work closely with production managers to align capacity and manpower requirements with schedules. Manage inventory levels, safety stock, and strategies for discontinued items.

Establish and maintain production scheduling processes. Develop and communicate KPIs aligned with executive strategies. Analyze performance data to address variances and improve processes.

Mentor planners on forecasting and inventory management. Train new planners and colleagues on ITAS and MRP reporting.

Lead lean manufacturing initiatives. Assist senior management in productivity projects and submit consolidated savings reports.

Ensure adherence to HSEQ standards, reporting incidents, and unsafe conditions. Actively participate in safety meetings, training, and risk assessments. Promote safe use of equipment and compliance with safety procedures.

Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of planning and production activities.
Requirement
- Male/Female.
- Diploma or Degree with extensive experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, including experience in creating schedules from scratch and driving production schedules in manufacturing.
- CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) certification preferred.
