Production & Material Planning Staff

Develop and manage production plans based on demand forecasts, confirmed orders, and available capacity.

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure production schedules align with business goals.

Monitor daily production progress, identify capacity issues, and adjust plans to meet delivery targets.

Manage material requirements through ERP/MRP systems to ensure timely supply for production.

Issue and track purchase orders, control inventory levels, and prevent shortages or overstock.

Work with suppliers to resolve delivery or quality issues and maintain accurate procurement records.

Optimize resource utilization and improve production efficiency through continuous monitoring and analysis.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in production or material planning in a manufacturing environment.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.

Good communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.

Good command of English (both written and spoken).
