Job Description

- Oversee and manage daily production operations related to stainless steel pipe welding.
- Ensure production efficiency, quality standards, and on-time delivery.
- Lead and develop the welding team, including supervisors, team leaders, and operators.
- Monitor and improve welding processes, especially for stainless steel pipe systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments and group stakeholders to align production with business objectives.
- Participate in meetings and technical discussions with clients and group companies in English.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Requirement
- Male. 35-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (required).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Production Manager role within mechanical manufacturing.
- Strong background in stainless steel pipe welding, particularly orbital welding (circular pipe welding for systems such as cooling or gas pipelines).
- Experience in industries such as oil & gas, semiconductor manufacturing (gas piping systems), or automotive (exhaust pipe welding) is highly preferred.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Fluent in English (all four skills) for communication with clients and group-level meetings.
