Production Manager ( Open to Taiwanese Expats)

1. Utility & EHS Management (Primary Focus)

• Oversee, diagnose, and maintain power, HVAC, compressed air, and M&E systems.

• Manage water supply, wastewater treatment, and EHS compliance per local laws.

• Drive energy-saving and cost optimization initiatives for the facility.

2. Maintenance & Equipment Lifecycle

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

• Monitor mechanical systems and log operational data.

3. Safety & Fire Fighting (FFP)

• Conduct periodic fire safety checks, organize drills, and inspect building structures.

4. Team Leadership & Production Support

• Manage shift schedules, delegate tasks, and provide technical training to the team.

• Coordinate flexible production scheduling based on order urgency to maximize output.
  
  核心工作職責

  一、 廠務與環安衛管理 (核心主軸)

• 負責電力、空調、氣壓及機電（M&E）系統的運維與故障診斷。

• 統籌給排水、污水處理及符合當地法規的 EHS 監測。

• 推動廠區節能減排與營運成本優化專案。

• 二、 設備預防性維護

• 制定電氣、電子系統維保計劃，降低非預期停機風險。

• 監控機械系統並確實記錄運行數據。

• 三、 消防與公眾安全

• 定期執行消防安全檢查、組織演練，並維護建築結構安全。

• 四、 團隊領導與生產協調

• 負責團隊工作分配、技術培訓及高效排班。

• 配合訂單緊急程度靈活調配資源，支持產能極大化。

• Nationality: Taiwanese (Mandatory).

• Age: Under 42 years old.

• Experience: Ideally 3+ years of experience in factory facility management (Utility), infrastructure, or production management. Candidates with experience in Plastic Injection Molding or Extrusion processes are highly preferred.

• Languages: Proficient in both Chinese and English (Written and Verbal).

• Technical Skills: Strong background in Utility/Facility management, M&E systems, energy-saving optimization, and EHS compliance.

• 國籍： 台灣籍（必備條件）。

• 年齡： 42歲以下。

• 工作經驗： 具備 3 年以上工廠廠務（Utility）或生產管理經驗佳；有 射出機 或 押出機 相關產業背景者優先錄用。

• 語言能力： 精通 中文 與 英文（具備良好的聽、說、讀、寫能力）。

• 專業技能： 熟諳廠務設施維護、機電工程、節能優化及環保法規。
