Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Production Manager - Working in Dubai (Offset, Negitiable, ID16829)
- Oversee daily operations of the offset printing department.
- Lead and train operators, ensuring adherence to production processes.
- Plan production schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Resolve issues related to print quality, machine operation, or material defects.
- Monitor and reduce waste, implementing continuous improvement strategies.
- Manage resources to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
- Prepare production reports and track performance against targets
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proven experience in offset printing, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of offset printing processes, including pre-press and post-press operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- High attention to detail, especially in quality control.
- Fluent in English communication.
- Working in Dubai
