Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Production Manager (Garment, ID11371, 1500USD):
1. Production Planning & Execution
1. Production Planning & Execution
- Develop cutting plans, including manpower allocation, production targets, and material readiness
- Coordinate pre-production meetings and communicate special technical requirements
- Monitor production progress, balance workflow, and resolve bottlenecks
- Support troubleshooting of technical issues, especially fabric-related or special materials
- Review quality reports, conduct spot checks, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure all cutting processes meet quality standards
- Optimize fabric utilization to reduce waste
- Control operational costs, including consumables and energy usage
- Continuously improve productivity and operational efficiency
- Ensure a safe and compliant working environment
- Maintain workplace organization and operational discipline
Requirement
- Male, age from 35 to 45
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in garment manufacturing
- Strong experience in cutting operations
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Willing to work in rotating shifts
