Production Manager (Garment)

Identify, evaluate, and select garment outsourcing vendors that meet the company’s production capacity and compliance standards.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and production timelines with outsourcing partners.

Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate with internal departments (Merchandising, QA, Logistics, etc.) to meet production requirements.

Conduct regular visits and assessments at outsourcing factories to ensure compliance with quality and production standards.

Resolve issues related to production delays, quality defects, or capacity limitations.

Build and maintain long-term, effective relationships with outsourcing partners.

Provide regular reports to the Board of Directors on outsourcing performance, risks, and improvement plans.

Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes and supply chain management.

Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to plan, supervise, and control production timelines.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality control.

Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills under time pressure.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the garment industry.
