Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Production Manager (Garment, $2000, ID 17078)
- Oversee the entire production process, ensuring that production goals, schedules, and quality standards are met.
- Manage and lead a team of production staff, including supervisors and workers, ensuring efficiency and high performance.
- Production planning, plan and allocate resources to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Coordinate with the design, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, tracking output, efficiency, and quality metrics.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Resolve production-related issues and troubleshoot problems to minimize downtime.
- Implement and maintain continuous improvement processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability standards.
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the garment or textile industry.
- English proficiency
