Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Production Manager (Garment, $1500, ID16078):
- In charge of the entire production process and all problems
- Create and carry out a production schedule and control production planning
- Manager and keeping an eye on the factory's regular production activities
- To anticipate production bottlenecks and quality issues, collaborate closely with the production team from the beginning of the project.
- Keep an eye on the production procedures and modify the timetables as necessary.
- Assist with operations and offer direction to guarantee optimal output.
- Keep an eye on product standards and put quality control procedures in place.
- Provide suggestions on ways to enhance the system in order to increase output, enhance the quality of the output, and lower production risks.
- Coordinating with other divisions to guarantee efficient output.
- Assigning and educating staff members in departmental tasks.
- Ensure that workers are safe and have a positive work environment, and that corporate policies and procedures are followed.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female;
- Ages: Under 45 years old.
- Graduated from college or above
- Have 05 years of experience in the same position in garment/Footwear company
- Experienced in Garment Trim
- Good at English (Able to use Chinese is an advantage)
