Job Description
- Organize and deploy production techniques, build and manage the goals of sewing lines in the region to achieve performance and quality goals, and ensure the set delivery schedule
- Training and coaching human resources to ensure professional production requirements
- Implement and control compliance with company processes and regulations;
- Manage and allocate personnel following production goals
- Organize pre-production meetings, sew samples, and deploy technical documents
- Welcoming and working with partners/customers when coming to work at the factory
- Resolve arising problems related to production
Requirement
- Male/Female. Ages: 35 - 45 years old
- Graduated from university
- Have 3-5 years of working experience in production management in garment factory.
- Have proficient sewing skills and proficiently use industrial sewing machines
- Good communication skill in English.
