Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Production Manager (Construction Materials, 1600USD, ID16804):
- Oversee production, improve processes, and align with sales orders.
- Ensure safety, quality, and operator training.
- Optimize efficiency, control costs, and monitor raw material usage.
- Lead the team and address issues promptly to meet production targets.
- Supervise shifts, recruit and train staff.
- Manage attendance, overtime, and performance.
- Foster teamwork and maintain good industrial relations.
- Analyze production performance, costs, and raw material usage.
- Report on quality, delivery, and safety issues
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female, Age: 30 - 45 years old
- University degree in Building Materials, Chemical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Having 03 years of experience in the same position
- Familiar with industrial management and control of technological processes in building materials production.
- Good at English
