Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Production Engineer (Chemicals, $800, ID20051)
- Ensure strict compliance with established production procedures across all operators.
- Oversee and manage import and export activities of raw materials and finished products.
- Supervise and monitor the entire production process, from mixing to final packaging.
- Track, analyze, and report any issues arising during production line operations.
- Identify root causes of incidents and implement timely corrective actions to ensure smooth and continuous production.
- Conduct regular inspections of the production line to assess performance and proactively resolve operational issues.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans for machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance first-batch blending yield and overall production efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s or College degree in Chemistry; preference given to candidates specialized in Petrochemical Refining or with knowledge related to lubricants, grease, and additives.
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in manufacturing companies within industrial chemical-related industries, in a similar position.
- English proficiency for workplace communication; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
