Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Production Engineer (Open for Freshers, 600USD, ID17021):
- Oversee and optimize production processes for materials, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Develop, implement, and improve production plans and schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
- Monitor and control production operations, including material handling, machine setup, and production line efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machinery, equipment, and production processes to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Train and support production staff in process improvements, safety standards, and equipment handling.
- Maintain and ensure proper documentation of production processes, including batch records and machine logs.
- Work with the maintenance team to ensure regular equipment maintenance and repairs are carried out effectively.
- Assist in the development and implementation of cost-saving initiatives and productivity-enhancing strategies.
Requirement
- Gender: Male, Age: under 27 years old
- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
- Having 01 years of working experiences in manufacturing at the same position
- Open to new graduates
- Good at English
