Job Description
Our client is a Vietnam company, now looking for a Production Director (Mechanical, $1600, ID16573)
- Organize the production department
- Set goals and implementation plans for the department.
- Responsible for quality, progress, technology, and safety.
- Develop overall and detailed plans for each contract according to the contract breakdown and production orders.
- Responsible for purchasing including Signing purchase contract, managing timelines, materials and equipment for production
- Be responsible for inspections, load testing, product handovers, settlement, and contract liquidation:
- Provide fabrication and quality documentation upon request.
- Monitor quality, progress, and guide subcontractors.
- Maintain factory machinery and equipment.
- Summarize monthly labor costs
- Responsible for output and labor productivity.
- Execute procedures for the entry and exit of goods and products.
Requirement
- Gender: Male, Age: 35-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Machine Manufacturing or related major
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in factories related to mechanics and machinery.
- Good at English
