Job Description
- Make production plans and allocate job according to technological processes, orders, and assigned plans
- Balance the factory's production capacity, and proactively propose solutions to improve the factory's exploitation and use of machinery and human resources
- Organize maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment, synthesize and report on the plant's machinery and equipment systems and propose purchases and repairs
- Research and update new techniques and production methods
- In charge of Industrial Hygiene, Labor Safety, Fire and Explosion Prevention at production teams, ensuring effective prevention of labor safety risks
- Make reports and other tasks as assigned
Requirement
- Male. 35-45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree from university with related majors.
- Having from 02 years of working experience as role of production director position in confectionery or food manufacturing company (Not Drinks category)
- Communicate well in English.
