Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Product Marketing Specialist (FMCG, $700, ID-16468):
• Address customer inquiries and provide consultations by phone for consumers using the company's directly distributed brand products.
• Train internal staff and company agents on product knowledge and nutrition based on the brand's training programs.
• Support the provision of specialized information to revise training materials and programs, working with the Marketing department to create product content and promote products on social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the Marketing department on co-marketing activities with agents, such as co-hosting livestreams, providing product consultations at events, and agent sales points.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing departments to ensure the smooth execution of related tasks.
• Perform other tasks as requested by the Leadership Team and department head to ensure work completion.

Requirement

- Graduated from University
- Have 01 year of product marketing experience in the mother and baby industry.
- Fluently in English
