Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company currently looking for a Product Engineering Supervisor (Plastic, $1000 , ID21387)
- Manage daily operations of the Technical Department and lead a team of approximately 4 staff.
- Set department objectives, develop action plans, and monitor progress.
- Establish and update SOPs and provide technical training to team members.
- Assign work, supervise performance, and support problem-solving.
- Review and implement engineering changes from customers or internal departments.
- Communicate technical changes accurately and promptly across relevant teams.
- Work closely with customers to clarify product technical requirements.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, Production, and other departments to resolve technical and product-related issues.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Requirement
- Male, 28–40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Product Technical role within the plastic manufacturing industry.
- Good English skills (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent preferred).
- Knowledge of ISO Quality Management System.
- Leadership and team management skills
