Job Description

Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Product Engineer (600USD, ID17177):

  • Analyze the worst-performing items based on scrap ratio, material loss, productivity, and quality loss, following company policies and using the 7 QC tools
  • Observe, record, and report non-conformities and predict potential issues on the production lines or with machinery.
  • Analyze the root causes of issues related to quality, productivity, defects, etc.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to implement countermeasures for each identified problem.
  • Discuss with stakeholders to ensure the countermeasures are achievable and set specific targets for each activity.
  • Create improvement plan for non-conformities in the production machinery, aimed at reducing defects, increasing productivity, and ensuring consistent process quality.
  • Monitor and evaluate the process before, during, and after improvements to ensure that the desired results are achieved, targets are met, and safety is maintained.
  • Incorporate improvement items into working standards and regulations, ensuring that they are properly documented and controlled.
  • Keep all documentation up-to-date regarding changes, process improvements, and new items. Share findings and conduct training for other staff and workers.

Requirement

  • Gender: Male/ Female, Age: 23 - 30 years old
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Management, or Quality Assurance
  • Have 02 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company
  • Good at English
