Job Description
- Lead the Product Development team in developing new footwear products from concept through commercialization.
- Review customer Tech Packs and coordinate product development activities to meet quality, cost, timeline, and manufacturability requirements.
- Guide the team in material selection, prototype development, sample validation, and product testing.
- Review technical documents including BOM, CAD, technical drawings, and product specifications.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, tooling, sample room, and cross-functional teams throughout the development process.
- Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure on-time sample delivery.
- Support customer meetings, implement product revisions based on feedback, and approve development samples before submission.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes and maintain accurate project documentation.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female; Age: 28-35 years old
- Graduate from College
- Have 2 years of experience in footwear product development, with good understanding of the footwear development process.
- Good at English
