Job Description
Procurement & Supply Chain Manager (Food, ID17605) wanted for a foreign-invested company! $2000/month salary + opportunities to grow!

Supplier Development & Management
- Identify and introduce top suppliers to the company.
- Establish and maintain a professional and mature Preferred Supplier List.
- Conduct annual supplier evaluations based on capacity, delivery performance, product quality, pricing, and service levels.

Procurement Strategy & Cost Management
- Set short-term and long-term material cost targets to achieve optimal pricing.
- Analyze market trends and forecast cost fluctuations to support strategic purchasing decisions.
- Negotiate commercial terms focusing on competitive pricing, delivery timelines, and product quality.

Forecasting & Pricing Management
- Manage Forecast (FC) price research and decision-making to ensure alignment with business strategies.
- Update product costs and recommend pricing strategies for promotional activities.

Logistics & Warehouse Coordination
- Resolve pricing and logistics issues to minimize operational disruptions.
- Balance inbound and outbound planning in collaboration with warehouse teams to optimize inventory flow and space utilization.

Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of supply chain activities.
Requirement
- Male/Female. 40-50 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in purchasing and supply chain management roles.
- Proven track record of supplier negotiation and cost optimization.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and inventory management principles.
- Good at English
