Procurement Manager ( Manufacturing)

Responsible for managing all centralized Make and Capex procurement activities in Vietnam, ensuring timely delivery of services/products at efficient costs, covering both Direct and Indirect categories.

Lead sourcing activities, including spend analysis, supply development, and performance monitoring for all Make and Capex spend within Vietnam, excluding Raw & Pack categories under Group Procurement scope.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cost reduction strategies and manage relationships with senior commercial, operations, supply chain teams, and suppliers to ensure continuous supply.

Work closely with Global and Regional Category Leads to define and implement sourcing strategies that ensure cost reduction, service quality, and timely market delivery.

Develop and manage a supplier base that delivers competitive pricing for all categories, and ensure performance is aligned with business objectives and procurement strategies.

Drive and develop a productivity pipeline to ensure competitive cost management, and communicate procurement strategies to internal teams to support implementation and achieve annual objectives.

Manage procurement processes to reduce risks and ensure business continuity, while ensuring sufficient capacity from suppliers to meet business needs. Resolve any supply quality, availability, or cost issues effectively.

Build and develop the procurement team, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and performance goals, while fostering engagement, training, and team development to meet procurement objectives.
