Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested production company, looking for a Process Supervisor (Electronic, 1.300 USD, ID 17931)
- Supervise and mentor a team of production engineers to maintain and optimize electronics testing operations across multiple manufacturing lines, ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Coordinate the design, implementation, and upkeep of test stations—both automated and manual—to meet product specifications and comply with quality standards. Work in close partnership with the TSD team to develop test plans and incorporate testability considerations into production processes.
- Interpret test results and yield performance data to identify trends, investigate recurring issues, and implement corrective actions, with the goal of increasing efficiency.
- Ensure robust operation of testing systems, including regular equipment calibration, proper software version control, and verification of hardware integrity to support high-reliability, large-scale electronics production.
- Explore and introduce advanced testing technologies, while creating standardized test procedures and training materials to support consistent execution across different shifts and global manufacturing sites.
Requirement
- Male, Age: under 45
- Graduated from College, major: Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering, or related
- 05 years working experience in production engineering (in an electronics manufacturing company)
- Good at English
