Job Description
Dream Job Alert! Become a Process Quality Engineer (English, ID 21399) at a foreign-invested company and earn $1100/month:
- Implement continuous improvement activities specifically tailored for the PCB manufacturing process.
- Track and analyze key factory quality metrics, including yield, defect rates, and scrap rates.
- Propose and deploy Poka-Yoke (mistake-proofing) and Kaizen solutions to minimize scrap and eliminate rework.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations for any technical or quality issues arising within the factory.
- Propose Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and systematically follow up to verify the effectiveness of the actions taken.
- Provide timely and effective engineering support to customers whenever quality incidents occur.
- Participate in initial sample production and machine commissioning stages to guarantee overall quality readiness.
- Support and collaborate with cross-functional departments during internal, external, and customer quality audits.
Requirement
- Male / Female, Under 40 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar position (PQE, QE, or Process Engineer) within a manufacturing environment. Preferred prior experience working in Electronics, PCB assembly, or the Automotive manufacturing sector.
- Fluency in either English or Korean
- Proficiency in using CAD software.
- Solid knowledge of the 5 Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and MSA.
