Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Process Optimization Supervisor (Furniture, $1800, ID16517):
- Build and refine processes to validate and improve product routing, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough demand analysis to identify opportunities for cost improvements in labor, capacity, and material.
- Establish improvement action plans and lead teams in executing these plans to achieve targeted savings. Focus on initiatives such as line balancing, layout optimization, and automation to reduce process routines and enhance material yield.
- Implement strategies to reduce costs associated with labor and materials while maximizing the utilization of equipment and tooling consumables.
- Collaborate in the development of production processes by reviewing layout and manpower standards to identify optimization opportunities during the development phase.
Requirement
- Male, Under 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At leat 3 years of experience in process improvement or operations management within the furniture.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvement projects (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Can use English in work
