Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Process Engineering Leader (Attractive salary, ID16707):
- Manage the production Capex budget and implement new/transfer projects following APQP procedures.
- Drive Continuous Improvement and Value Engineering in ongoing and new projects.
- Resolve production issues, implement engineering changes, and participate in corrective actions from customer complaints or quality audits.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 audits.
- Verify new suppliers and train staff on new products and processes.
- Oversee budget submission, implementation, and release for investments in owned processes.
- Standardize global processes in the plant, including equipment, work instructions, and machine settings.
- Share best practices globally, maintain global PFMEA, and drive CI/VAVE opportunities in owned processes.
- Participate in new/transfer project launches and provide process training for staff
Requirement
- Gender: Male, Age: 30 - 45 years old
- University degree in related field.
- Having 03 years of experience in the same position
- Knowledge and experienced in 5 cores tools: APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC
- Experienced in management systems: IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- Good at English
