Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Process Engineer (Metal, 1.200 USD, ID 17839):
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations of existing production methods and workflows.
  • Design and implement improvement strategies aimed at boosting efficiency, minimizing material loss, and enhancing product quality.
  • Track the performance of implemented improvements and make necessary refinements to ensure sustained benefits.
  • Identify irregularities, process deviations, or disruptions in the production operation at an early stage.
  • Conduct detailed root cause investigations to pinpoint underlying problems.
  • Take prompt corrective actions to stabilize operations and reduce any negative production impact.
  • Implement long-term corrective measures and oversee their progress to completion.
  • Collaborate with teams across Production, Quality Control, Engineering, and external suppliers to align improvement initiatives.
  • Clearly communicate action plans, implementation schedules, and assigned responsibilities to all stakeholders.
  • Support and train production personnel on revised procedures and newly introduced equipment or tools.

Requirement

  • Male; Under 40 years old.
  • University graduate majoring in Engineering.
  • Solid background in metallurgy and a sound grasp of manufacturing principles, processes, and equipment.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks such as LEAN, Six Sigma, or PDCA.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant technical or engineering role.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for technical discussions and cross-functional collaboration.
