Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested international inter-level school, now looking for a Principal ($1200, ID16554)
- Lead and oversee educational activities, ensuring that all school operations comply with the regulations set by the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam (MOET).
- Develop and implement long-term training and school development strategies.
- Ensure a safe, friendly, and high-quality learning environment for students.
- Ensure that the curriculum meets the requirements of MOET.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve the curriculum, teaching methods, and assessment systems to ensure the highest quality of education.
- Recruit, train, and develop the teaching and staff teams.
- Supervise, evaluate, and support teachers, ensuring they implement modern and effective teaching methods.
- Foster a professional school culture that encourages mutual respect and support among teachers, students, and parents.
- Build strong relationships with parents, the community, and relevant organizations to support the school's activities.
- Ensure that all administrative procedures and school records are carried out thoroughly, accurately, and on time.
- Manage the school’s budget and financial activities effectively and transparently.
- Ensure that educational standards and the core values of the international school system are maintained and promoted.
- Regularly monitor and report on the quality of education and school activities to the Board of Directors.
Requirement
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Educational Management or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position in schools, with preference given to candidates with experience in international education systems.
- Fluency in English.
