Job Description
-
Conduct daily rate checks and negotiate freight and space with shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, and overseas agents to secure the best rates and allocations.

Ensure competitiveness of company rates in the market and prevent additional costs caused by rate miscommunication or updates.
-
Actively and promptly update pricing and market information to the sales and operations teams; cooperate with the sales team to support new business development.

Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, subcontractors, and overseas partners.

Prepare and control quotations for the sales team, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Generate monthly pricing and performance reports as required by management.
Requirement
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pricing or procurement roles within a Freight Forwarding or Logistics company.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
-
Solid knowledge of freight pricing and logistics markets in Vietnam, the U.S., EU, India, and China.

Proficient in English
-
Demonstrates integrity, enthusiasm, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively under high pressure.
