Job Description
- Be responsible for managing the daily operations, task assignment, and performance evaluation of the pre-sales support team to ensure efficient performance.
- Guide and supervise team members in handling pre-sales support activities, including customer consultation, identifying sales opportunities, product recommendations, and assisting customers with online purchases.
- Support the development and optimization of pre-sales support procedures and service standards to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales conversion rates.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members’ product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service mindset.
- Coordinate closely with sales, technical, and related departments to ensure smooth handling of customer inquiries and effective follow-up processes.
- Monitor team performance data, prepare analysis and reports, and recommend improvement actions for implementation.
- Maintain team motivation in a high-pressure working environment and encourage members to achieve both individual and team targets.
Requirement
- Male/Female. 28 – 37 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or above; no specific major is required as long as the candidate meets the experience requirements.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Lead position within Sales, Pre-sales, or Customer Service.
- Good English communication skills.
