Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a PQE Engineer (Electronics,1200$, ID 16121)
Responsible for planning and implementing mass production quality management, maintaining quality monitoring and management documentation.
Assist the CQE in collecting customer feedback, conducting analysis, and driving organizational improvements to provide customer solutions.
Support the management and oversight of quality in pilot production.
Resolve quality issues that arise during the production process until the issue is completely resolved.
Utilize quality tools and data analysis techniques to analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement.
Train employees and enhance the capabilities of the quality control team.

Requirement
- Gender: Male/ Female, Age: 25-40 years old.
- Graduated from University.
- 5 years in similar position in electronics manufacturing company.
- Understanding and practical application of FMEA, MSA, SPC, QC7, 8D, and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficient in operating analytical software such as Minitab
- Good at Chinese and basic in English
