Job Description
- Oversee multiple post-production projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, from initial contact to project completion and beyond.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate project pricing, and generate leads.
- Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and monitor the progress of junior staff.
- Track project costs, revenue, and profitability.
- Continuously improve processes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement industry best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and ensure the team's technical proficiency.
Requirement
- Gender: Female, Age: 27-35 years old
- Graduate from University in media & communication or related fields
- Have 2 years of experience in a similar position in the television industry
- Proficient in editing software, prefer in using blender, stable diffusion, monitoring close to motion graphics
- Can use Englist at work (equivalent Ielts 5.5)
